Design-Level & Process-Level Simulations

Design-Level simulation evaluates heat flow and hotspot formation based solely on the geometry of your part. This helps identify risk zones early, before any manufacturing parameters are chosen. Process-Level simulation uses the actual toolpath and process parameters to model melt-pool behavior, heat accumulation, and layer-by-layer thermal history. This provides deeper insight into manufacturability, stability, and quality outcomes during actual printing.

Report Types

Concise Findings Summary provides essential results, key observations, and primary risk indicators. Technical Reports include full thermal data, interpretation, and detailed engineering analysis. Executive Summaries highlight high-level insights and recommended actions for decision-makers.
